He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Clay Fowler, Sr. and Vena Mae Smith Fowler; and his sister Lois Fowler Lehon. He is survived by: his wife Martha Keziah Fowler; his nephews, Paul Lehon, Harold Lehon, John Lehon and Tom Lehon; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth K. Briggs, Jacob and Ray Keziah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
