He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Webb, Jr.; and his sister Gloria Webb. He is survived by: his wife Pat Crouch Webb; his daughter Sarah Allison Carroll (Jack) of Hamlet; and his grandchildren, Jack Carroll IV and Kendall Carroll.
