With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Alfonso (Hamlet, North Carolina), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on July 9, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jean Rakoczy; and her daughter Sharon Alfonso. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Alfonso and Richard Alfonso Jr.; and her grandchildren, Kevin Alfonso, Brenda Alfonso-Hines, Antonio Hines Jr. and Hailey Alfonso. She is also survived by cousins and many friends.
Instead, the family asks that memorial donations be made out in Kathleen's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
