She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Robert Lee Locklear; her husband Gerald W. Ruiz; her daughter Carrie Ruiz Bryant (Jonathan) of Hamlet; her mother Peggy Mae Locklear of Gibson; her sister Pam Wilkins (Darrell) of Gibson; her granddaughters, Maylee Renee Bryant and Adalyn Leanne Bryant; and her niece Pastor Amy Wilkins.
The family requests for memorial donations to be given for the family in care of Grace Chapel Holiness Church.
