He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Lee. He is survived by: his wife Lois Darlene Lisk of Hamlet; his children, Johnny Lisk Jr. of Hamlet and Shannon Baxley (Daniel) of Rockingham, NC.; his brothers, David Lisk of Mooresville, NC, Scott Lisk Sr., Jim Lisk and Dean Lisk; his siblings-in-law, Frankie Williams of Hamlet, NC, Wade Williams (Kathie) of Rockingham, NC and Mary Alice Russell (Don) of Rockingham; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Baxley of London, UK, Danielle Baxley of Rockingham, NC and Johnny Lisk III of Watertown, TN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
