It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Neil Barringer of Hamlet, North Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer O. Barringer and Ruby Scoles Barringer; his wife Barbara Kathleen Brown; his children, Brenda Coble (Pete) of Cordova, NC, Michael Miloncus (Sonya) of Laurel Hill, NC, Kathleen Bruton of Hamlet, NC, Deetta Nunnaley (Daniel) of Rosman, NC and Joseph Miloncus (Tammy) of Kincaid, IL.; his siblings, Donald "Donnie" Barringer (Velma) of Niantic, IL, Nell "Nellie" Johnson (Jim) of Kearney, NE, Mary Beach (Larry) of Kincaid, IL, Allen Barringer (Nancy) of Stonington, IL, Rose Housos (Mike) of Bandera, TX, Orville "Lee" Barringer (Kathleen) of Dalton City, IL, William "Bill" Sinnard (Ginger) of Douglas, WY, Ronald "Ronnie" Barringer, OJ "Butch" Barringer, Lila "Beth" Stens, Sara Blackwell and Joe Sinnard; and his grandchildren, Hailey Miloncus and Tristen Waldo. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
