She is survived by: her husband Stephen Buchanan II of Wallace; her sons, Stephen Buchanan (Sonja) of Hamlet and Jamie Buchanan of Hamlet; her brother Dean Malloy of Hamlet; and her grandchildren, John Buchanan, Tyler Buchanan, Rebecca Buchanan of Landon Buchanan, J. R, Rushing and Paige Rushing. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
