It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Faye Sheppard of Hamlet, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Franklin Jacobs, Sr. and Etta Peele Hodges; her close friend David Wright of Hamlet; her children, Alex Odom, Michael Odom of Myrtle Beach, SC and Chrystal Wright of Hamlet; her siblings, Elaine Huckabee of Hamlet, Louis Jacobs of Hamlet and Gene Jacobs of Florence, SC; and her grandchildren, Cassidy Odom of Hamlet, Courtney Guity of Rockingham, Camryn Odom of Rockingham, Kaden Davis of Rockingham, Braxton Voncannon of Rockingham, Richard Voncannon of Rockingham and Elizabeth Greene of Rockingham.
