She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Treadaway and Ruby Treadaway; and her son David Singletary. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Singletary of Hamlet; her sons, Tim Singletary of Rockingham, Alan Singletary of Kingsport and Mike Singletary (Nicole) of Holly Springs, NC; her grandsons, Chason Singletary and Joey Singletary of Rockingham; and her pet Ellie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
