James of New Castle, DE.; her brother Virgil Parsley, Jr.; her children, Vickie Taylor (Robert) of Rockcave, WV, Connie Grabowski (Steve) of Townsend, DE., Rebecca Runyon of Bear, DE, Joyce Morris of Glenlyn, VA. and Richard Runyon of Lewes, DE.; and her siblings, Bobby Parsley of Hamlet, NC, Homer Parsley (Nancy) of Uneeda, WV, Larry Parsley (Karla) of Evansdale, IA, Willard Parsley of Laurel Hill, NC., Janet Taylor of Evansdale, IA and Phyllis Bishop of Muscatine, IA.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandsons.
