She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Collins and Lois Seal Collins; her son Wesley Hales; and her siblings, Freddie Collins, Judy Williams and Sylvia Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Hasty (Gene) and Ashley Hales; her grandchildren, Krystina and Hunter Matthews; her great grandchildren, Brayden and Krystian Matthews; her siblings, James "Buck" Collins (Aileen), Pat Collins and Shirley Beane; and her niece Kelly Collins.
