He was predeceased by: his parents, Ashleigh, Sr. Seymour and Laura Seymour. He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Ginger); his children, Maria Huntley (Joe) and Scott Medlin; his granddaughter Lexi Medlin; his sisters-in-law, Polly Cobb, Barbara Brearley, Linda Hawkins (Flukie) and Cathey Richardson (Joe); and his granddaughter Taylor Bryant. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Watson King Funeral Home (306 E Franklin St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Marks Creek Presbyterian Church (484 Marks Creek Church Rd, Hamlet, NC 28345).
