He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonza Otha and Doris Wynne Rouse; and his siblings, Shelton Rouse and Patsy Davis. He is survived by: his wife Maudie; his children, Wanda Sawyer of Williamston and Roy (Jessica) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Georganna Forbes (Warren), Olivia Rouse, Daphne Rouse, Nicholas Sawyer and Mara Beth Manning (Braxton); his great grandchild Sawyer Manning; and his sister Linda O'Mary. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
