He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Mobley and Etha Scott Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Clark; his children, Lindy Mobley Mundell (Bedford) of Bethel, Jessica Mobley Amato (Croce) of Enfield and Franklin Brandon Mobley (Holly Pieper) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Cameron, Christina, Katilynn, Lauryn, Cadence and Alessia; his great grandchild Gabriella; and his siblings, Beulah Stalls and Bud Mobley.
