She was predeceased by: her brothers, Freddie Gene Ramsey and Clyde Ramsey; and her parents, Carl M. Ramsey, Sr. and Inez Allred Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Roy Higgins; her children, Barbara Duncan, Wendi Burke, Crystal Lahrmer, Boyce Wishion, John Murray, Chris Higgins and Danny Higgins; and her brothers, Carl M. Ramsey, Jr. and Sam Ramsey. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in memory of Elizabeth be made to Alexander Missionary Methodist Church, 328 Poplar Street, Forest City NC 28043.
