She was predeceased by: her spouse Willie E. Baker; her parents, Pete Brown and Lila Brown; her son Willie R. Baker; and her siblings, Pete Jr., Robert, James, Francis Roberson and Grace Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane Steeley; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Baker (Kitty). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Biggs Funeral Home (302 W Main St, Williamston, NC 27892). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
