He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Bland Stalls; his daughter Linda Beacham; and his parents, John Arnold Stalls, Sr. and Lossie Williams Stalls. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Angela Strickland of Greenville, Charles Strickland, Jr. of Raleigh and Matthew Sessoms (Kim); his great grandchildren, Grace, Cole of Williamston, N. C., Ashley Sessoms of Atlantic Beach, N. C. and Sara Beacham; and his siblings, Bobby Stalls, John Stalls and Shirley McLawhorn.
