He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Wertz Bailey of Hallsboro, NC; his children, Bill Bailey of Willoughby, Michael Bailey of Plainsville and Mary Beth Bailey Buehner of Charden; and his siblings, James Bailey of Beaverdale and Edna Bailey Charney of Ohio. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
