He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bernard Menzel and Julia Ruth Rohr Menzel; and his brother Alan Menzel. He is survived by: his wife Jean McLaughlin Menzel; and his children, Shawn Menzel of Hallsboro, Deborah Price (Robert) of Pasadena, MD and Kimberly Jean Menzel of Michigan. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
