She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Jackson Dew and Bertha Barefoot Dew; her husband Clinton Perry; and her brothers, Clayton Dew and Lonnie "J. B.".
She is survived by: her sister Edna Dew Carter; her daughters, Irene Dowless McCraw (Wade) of Marion, NC. and Geraldine Dowless Fox (Artemus) of Marion, NC.; and her siblings, Gladys Dew Ward of Hallsboro and Junior Dew of Hallsboro. She is also survived by four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
