She was predeceased by: her parents, William Howard Pope and Annie Dowling Pope; her husband Robert Ray Pierce; and her grandson Jeffery Reynolds. She is survived by: her children, Barbara P. Watts of Hallsboro, Carol P. Jernigan (Ray) of Hallsboro, Withie P. Reynolds of Hallsboro and Robert Ray "Bobby" Pierce Jr. (Wendy) of Hallsboro; her grandchildren, Robert E. Watts, Laura Watts, Chris Jernigan, Billie Pierce and Robert R. Pierce, III (Gabby); and her great grandchildren, Natalie Jernigan, Gage Jernigan and Eli Pierce.
