He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barmer and Doris Lewis Barmer. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Barmer; his daughters, Lindsay Barmer, Stacie Chichester and Rana Fleming; his siblings, Ray Barmer (Susan), Jason Barmer (Angie), Mike Barmer (Melody) and Peggy Norman; his grandchildren, Krystal Fleming, Sharon Fleming and Tracey Fleming; his stepmother Faye Barmer; and his great grandchildren, Octavia Ross, Liliana Fleming and Leila Tippett.
