It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melody Jo Edwards Gannett (Halifax, North Carolina), who passed away on October 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gregory Donald Edwards. She is survived by: her mother June Hathaway Shearin; her husband Alden A. Gannett II; her daughter Ashley S. Zipf of Knightdale; and her sisters, April Edwards Mitchell of Kenansville, Hanna Edwards Roppo of Naples, FL and Elizabeth Edwards Pittman of Clayton.
