She is survived by: her children, Gary Herion (Carol) of Durham, NC, John M. Herion (Robin) of Wilmington, NC, Diane Herion Bell (Clark) of Asheboro, Carol Herion Buckner (Kenn) of Cary, NC and David W. Herion of Chevy Chase, MD.; her grandchildren, Melissa Herion Bonilla (Alberto) of New York City, Sam Herion, Daniel Herion of Durham, NC, Caroline Herion Montes (Joan) of Oca, John T. Herion (Annie) of Wilmington, NC, Robert Herion (Stephanie) of Wilmington, NC, Blakely Bell of St, Rebekah Bell of Asheboro, NC, Mary Buckner and Stephen Buckner of Cary, NC.; her great grandchildren, Yelena Carol Bonilla, Eleanor Victoria Herion and Lucia Robin Montes of Oca; and her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Herion Deal (Claude) of Durham, NC and Sherry Herion of Matthews, NC.
