He is survived by: his wife Linda Spivey Phillips; his children, Lynn Phillips and Luke Phillips (Shelia); his grandchildren, Cymone Evans and Brylee Phillips; and his great grandchild Carter Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
