He is survived by: his mother Joan Kyle of Simsbury, CT; his siblings, Ursula Steadman (Donald) of New Hartford, CT, Antonia "Nia" Kyle of San Francisco, Christiana Dabroi (Paul) of Fulshear, TX, Theodora "Teddy" Kyle-Singer of San Mateo, CA and Bernard Kyle of Brooklyn, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Cassandra Singer, Gabriel Singer, Karen Dabroi, Tony Dabroi and Kyle Steadman.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Weldon Baptist Church (609 Washington Ave, Weldon, NC 27890).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Weldon in Action, PO Box 144, Weldon, NC, 27890 or the Weldon Baptist Church.

“I want to offer my deepest condolences to the Kyle family. I first met Francis in PA at my first PGA golf event. He quickly took me under his wing and tutored me on how to be a good Marshal . We had an instant bond, mainly because of his kindness and sharing everything he was able to learn. We worked several tournaments and communicated constantly. We just volunteered a couple of weeks ago in Richmond, Virginia. I will never forget his friendship and what he did for my family. RIP FK”
