He is survived by: his wife Doris Grant Smith; his children, Michael "Mike" Smith (Elsie) and Mary Susan Smith Herbert (Bob); his grandchildren, Debra LeAnna Bryant Mead (Darrell), Michael Chase Campbell (Steven), Sydney Smith and Torie Ladendorf (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Parker Mead and Nathan Mead.
