He is survived by: his wife Bettie Warren Carlisle; his sons, Mike Haislip (Shawn) and Jeff Haislip (Teresa); his grandchildren, Amber Daniel (Andrew), Miranda Haislip and Reid Haislip (Kelly); his nephews, Kenny Carlisle (Judy), Tony Carlisle (Rochelle) and Corey Carlisle (Mesha); and his niece Debra Harris.
