It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Edward Strickland (Halifax, North Carolina), who passed away on July 28, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leon Donald Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Gaylor Strickland; his children, Cindy Wright (Christopher) of Halifax and James Strickland of Halifax; his mother Betty Strickland; and his siblings, Barbara Arthur of Crestview and Donnie Strickland of Roanoke Rapids.
