He is survived by: his wife Patti Absher; his sons, Robert Lee Absher III (Paula) and Charles Phillip Absher; and his sisters, Kay Pittman (Paul), Rita Clark (Max) and Alice Hansel (David). He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
