He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Byers and Francis Price Byers. He is survived by: his wife Dana Byers; his children, Jody Byers (Janie) of Kings Mountain, Ashley Floder, Georgia West of Shelby and Caelyn Byers; his siblings, Karen Byers of Grover and Roger Byers; his stepchildren, Amber Bell (Joseph) and Matthew Patterson (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Anna Byers, Morgan Rhodes, Ephram, Kayce Bell, Benjamin, Heath and Corban Foster; and his pets, Dixon and Pixie. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
