She was predeceased by: her husband John Keith Carroll; her parents, Harvey Lee Ruppe and Ruby Carroll Howard; and her brothers, Keith Ruppe and Lee Ruppe.
She is survived by: her children, David Bush and Ruby "Sissy" Justice; her sister Janet White (Jeff); her grandchildren, Harley Scronce (Coty), Laura Dowdle (Tyriq) and Bre'onna Kegley (Dalton); and her stepfather Nelson Howard (Lou). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gordon Mortuary (400 W Cherokee St, Blacksburg, SC 29702).
