He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Baylor and Harriet Dorsey Baylor; his wife Marilyn Baylor; his daughter Connie Campbell; and his brother-in-law Tim Ruggles.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Baylor of Quincy, IL and Billy Baylor (Katie) of Lenox, IA; his grandchildren, Stephanie Eggleston, Heather Altstadt, Samantha Ranney (James), Aisha Ramirez (Adan) and Melissa Bents (Rod); his great grandchildren, Palan, Navana, Oliver, Penny, James, McKenzie, Madison and Quinten; and his sisters, Helen Merk (Cliff) of Anita, IA and Glenora Ruggles of Washington State. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
