He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Hanks Gordon; his children, Enoch Gordon and Laurel Irvin (Tre) of Lincolnton; his siblings, Ruth Hathcock (Eddie) of Oakboro, Susan Lovelace (Roy) of Grover, Ricky Gordon (Rebecca) of Earl and Doug Gordon (Robin) of Waxhaw; his grandson Nico Irvin; and his brother Chuck Goforth of Gaffney.
