She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Yates Ross and Jennie Payne Ross; her husband Albert Lee Hambright; and her siblings, Ann Ross Wood, Faye Gladden and Glenn Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Hambright of Grover, NC, Greg Hambright (Kelli) of Conover, NC, Lisa Forrester (Marshall) of Charleston, SC and Linda Lutz (Dean) of Shelby, NC; her brother Jim Ross of Kings Mountain, NC; and her grandchildren, Ashley Price, Jakob Hambright, Madeline Hambright, Paul Forrester, Andrew Forrester, Katie Forrester and Alisha Lutz Beryl. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (108 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ollie Harris Memorial Chapel (108 S Piedmont Ave, Kings Mountain, NC 28086).
