He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Thomas Baumgardner III and Jennifer Ivey Baumgardner. He is survived by: his fiancée Michelle Wilson; his son Brandon Lee Baumgardner; his brother Homer Thomas Baumgardner IV (Mandy) of Belmont; and his grandparents, Jim, Joanne Ivey of Lincolnton, Homer Thomas Baumgardner II (Sandra) of Cherryville and Linda Beaver of Myrtle Beach.

He was a loving and dedicated father, who in death, gave the gift of life, thru organ donation.
