He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Walter and Hattie Stewart Haskins; and his brothers, Howard Haskins Jr., David Haskins and Jack Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Wilson Haskins; his children, Lane Ray, Mark Steven Ray, Kimberly Smith, Stacey Bare and Andy Haskins Jr.; and his brother John Haskins. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
