He is survived by: his wife Melody Kay Johnson of Grimesland; his mother Rhonda Mills of Greenville; his son Parker Mills (Whitney); his granddaughter Henley of Vanceboro; his son Tanner Mills of Morehead City; his siblings, Tracy Mills (Stephanie) of Black Jack and Danielle Mills of Greenville; his nephews, Logan, Zach and Patrick; and his stepdaughters, Kaylia and Amanda.
