She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Bibb and Minnie Hardee Bibb; her husband Jesse Horace Mills; her sons, William Horace "Bill" Mills and Wesley Ray Mills (Peggy); and her siblings, Helen Hathaway, Mae Phelps, Leroy, Wesley and Norman Bibb.
She is survived by: her son Monte Mills (Ann) of Corpus Christi, TX; her daughter-in-law Dorothy Mills of Grimesland; her grandchildren, Melody Dixon (Drew) of Washington Jesse and Kim Mills of Texas; and her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Haylee Dixon, Josh and Jennifer Mills.
