She is survived by: her children, Lori (Tim Beddard) of Ayden and Gregory Tyer of Grimesland; her siblings, Linda Elks of Greenville and Larry Elks of Grantsboro; her grandchildren, Bradley (Ashley Elks) of Ayden and Ericka (Jeff Boyd) of Greenville; her stepgrandchildren, Blake Beddard of Stokes and Alexis Beddard of Stokes; and her niece Joy Hudgins of Virginia.
