He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Koonce Johnson; his sons, Chris Johnson and William Johnson; his stepchildren, Eric Holton and Amy Wells; his grandchildren, Karlie, Rylie, Natalie, Olivia, Brandon, Wesley, Aylish, Adam, Alex and Paul; and his brothers, Mark Johnson and Andy Johnson.
