He was predeceased by: his parents, Betsy Brown Hodges and Drew S. Harper, Jr.; his aunt Jean Jenkins Harper; and his cousin Benjamin "Chuck" Harper. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lee Harper; his son Drew S. Harper, IV; his sister Loede Brooks Harper; his aunt Mel Jones Harper; and his cousins, Laura O'Brien, Lanette Pridgen, Winnifred Watson and Jean Flynn Harper.
