She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Jack and Ethel Whaley; and her granddaughter Stephanie Dunlow Smith. She is survived by: her husband Jack Whaley; her children, Gary Whaley (Amy) of Ayden and Melanie Whaley Dunlow (David) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Brandon Whaley (Jennifer), Dylan Whaley, Cody Dietrich, Cameron Stokes, Ashleigh Clark, Becky Clark and Katie Clark; and her great grandchild Olivia Whaley (Juan Fernandez).
