He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton J. Stancill, Sr. and Lillie Mae Stancill; his daughter Sue Ellen Stancill; his siblings, Milton Ray Stancill, Betty Johnson, Josephine Bullock, Barbara Taylor and Shirley Stancill; and his niece Abbie Lin Holt.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Stancill (Daisy) of Wilson and Tracy Stancill (Mike Nault) of Goldsboro; his granddaughter Brittany S. Bulluck; his great grandchild Cameron Bulluck; his siblings, John R. Stancill (Sue) of Greenville, Eleanor Cavileer (David) of Cary and Linda Norville (Bill) of Farmville; and his children, Lou Ellen Wagner Stancill of Ayden and Christine McRoy of Ayden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
