He was predeceased by: his parents, William Theodore Gartman Sr. and Nathlyn R. Urquhart; and his wife Martha Jane Gartman. He is survived by: his children, William Theodore Gartman III (Michelle) and Elizabeth Cogsdale (Mike Cogsdale); his grandchildren, Nathan Cogsdale, Ben Cogsdale, Will Gartman, IV and Taylor Gartman; and his sister Laura Moon (Mitchell).
