He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horne and Bertha Horne; his siblings, Alton Ray Horne and Grace Horne; and his goddaughter Inez Marie Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Deaconess Helen B. Horne; his siblings, Larry Horne (Ernestine) of Grenville, NC, Bobby Horne (Mildred) of Yorks Towne, VA and Regina Reid (Marvin) of Providence, VA; and his sister-in-law Tarrin Horne of Wilmington, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
