He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Smith and Gertrude Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Smith, Jeremy O'Konek (Sharon), Jay O'Konek and Cori; his grandchildren, Peyton Smith, Abby Smith, Jackson O'Konek, Madi O'Konek, Scarlett O'Konek and Jasper O'Konek; and his siblings, Kenneth Smith (Faye), Roger Smith and Faye Joyner. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
