He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Mac" McClung and Joyce Rivenbark Hastings; and his stepfather Harry Hastings. He is survived by: his sons, W. Patrick McClung (April) and Trey A. McClung (Katie); his grandchildren, Connor McClung, Hadley McClung and Chase McClung; his sister Sherelyn Woolard (Woody); his nieces, Jennifer Malone and Noelle Carraway (David); and his great-niece Tori Alcock of Greenville.
