He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Eubanks and Betty Sue Wilson Eubanks; and his wife Christy James Eubanks. He is survived by: his grandchild Westerns; his pet Missy; his daughters, Beverly Mills (Boot) of Chocowinity and Crystal Blake (Richard) of Vanceboro; his stepchildren, J. L. McGowan of Washington and Terrie Smith (Mike) of Rocky Mount; his grandchildren, Chase Smith, Nathaniel Mills, Damian Blake, Sierra Blake, Junior Blake, Remington Blake, Jerin Smith, Greyson Smith and Savanna Smith; and his siblings, Sandra Eubanks of Greenville, Laura Eubanks of Jacksonville, Penny Jenkins (Keith) of Sneads Ferry and Timmy Eubanks (Lisa) of Jacksonville.
