He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bland and Pernell Bland. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela, Tammy and Marie Bland; and his brothers, James Bland, Jeff Bland (Fran) and David Bland (Joyce). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
